The guestrooms at Castello Di Monte are absolutely dreamy. From the moment we entered, we felt like we were in a fairytale. The comfortable beds with luxury linen and underfloor heating made us feel pampered and cozy. We loved relaxing in the seating area after a busy day of sightseeing. The deep soaking bathtubs in the bathrooms added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. And having free wifi throughout the property was a huge plus!

The only thing that we liked less was the whirlpool bathtub in some rooms. It's not really our thing, but we understand that others may enjoy it.

The landscaped gardens with mature olive trees and lavender bushes give an Italian flavor to the African landscape. Strolling through the gardens feels like wandering through a Tuscan paradise, complete with the soothing scent of lavender and the tranquil shade of ancient trees.

Room one on the ground floor lacks views.

I recently stayed at a hotel in this city and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was outstanding. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was situated in a quiet area within walking distance to some local sights, including a national park. The breakfast provided each morning was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options available.

the neighborhood was great, located only a few minutes away from the International Embassies and the Rovos Rail station. the hotel was also located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the back garden was lovely and provided a peaceful atmosphere. We were also able to walk to the Pretoria Golf Club which was perfect for an inexpensive round of golf. the rooms were spacious, well-appointed and nicely decorated. the bathroom was clean and had all the amenities needed. the service was fantastic, the staff always happy to assist. Breakfast was delicious and served with a stunning view of the city.

The hotel lacked a swimming pool which would be a great addition, especially on hot days.

Great weather and beautiful city views made our city break a pleasure. the building we stayed in had a charming facade and looked well-maintained too. It was easy to explore the city from our location - there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast buffet had a nice selection of hot and cold items to choose from.

Our room didn't live up to our expectations. the decor felt outdated and the room wasn't as clean as we would have liked.

This hotel is truly luxurious, exceeding our expectations with its exclusive amenities. the service was exceptional, and we loved the Spa & wellness centre, complete with a sauna and outdoor swimming pool. the garden area was perfect for sunbathing, with numerous sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the massage was incredibly relaxing, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with special diet menus.

the restaurant staff seemed overly pushy about the lamb dish for supper, neglecting to mention other available options.

What a wonderful hotel experience! The food was delicious and I loved the complimentary bottle of wine with my dinner. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city skyline. I also enjoyed the free guided tour of the local area that the staff arranged for me.

The noise from the nearby road was a bit of a distraction, but it was worth it for the central location. Additionally, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but it didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.
